LULU LIU LONDON RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At LULU LIU LONDON (“WE”, “US”, “OUR”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer returns or exchanges on eligible LULU LIU LONDON products within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Please note, this policy does not apply to personalized products or any other product that you were informed at the time of ordering could not be returned (in accordance with applicable law).

We only allow exchanges on the same product (same price) in a different size or color. If you would like to receive a different product or the same product in a different color, please return your product for a refund and place a new order online for the desired product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and undamaged, with original tags and labels attached, and with all related accessories, documents (e.g. instructions booklet, product certificates), and protective covers included. Incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

This policy does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS To return or exchange a product, you must inform us of your intention. You may contact our client service for assistance at +44 20 4547 3498 or email us at clientservice@lululiu-london.com.

Upon receipt of your request, you will receive an email confirming your return or exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return the product(s) to our warehouse or nearest store:

  1. Wrap the product(s) you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage and place them in their original package (if any).

  2. Attach the return prepaid shipping label included in the shipping box to the outside of the box, on top of the original label.

  3. Seal the box and send it back to us using the shipping carrier indicated on the return label.
